  • UtilityPay helps customers manage their utility account information online. Customers now can choose to enroll in automatic payments and paperless billing, see current and past bills, make a one-time payment, link multiple accounts, and sign up for pay by text. If you have any questions about this portal, please review our FAQs page.

  • Parking tickets can now conveniently be paid online through a QR code or directly on the City's website eliminating the need to drop off or pay in person. A QR code will now be included on each parking ticket. By scanning the code using a smartphone, users are directed to the City's website for quick and easy payment. Residents and visitors can also pay their parking tickets directly on the City of Hamilton's Parking Ticket webpage. The introduction of online payment options will save time, offer flexibility, and help avoid late fees.

Current parking rates are $1.00 per hour, and a parking ticket is $10 if paid within 48 hours. You can pay the meter with coins, a credit card, or with the Passport Parking app listed directly on the meter.

Effective January 1, 2022, The City of Hamilton will no longer contract with the City of Cleveland Central Collection Agency (CCA) for income tax collection services. The Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) will begin collecting municipal income tax for the City of Hamilton. RITA provides income tax collection and processing services for more than 300 of Ohio’s municipalities and is the largest municipal income tax collection agency in the state. RITA’s shared services offer municipalities a comprehensive, efficient and effective solution to income tax collection that results in a cost savings to all municipalities. The City of Hamilton chose RITA for its ability to offer residents and businesses free online services and e-file capabilities. RITA will be responsible for the administration and collection of all income taxes and will serve the City of Hamilton in this capacity. After January 1, 2022, all Hamilton tax payments and tax forms, for current and prior tax years, are to be sent to RITA at the address below.

We encourage you to utilize RITA’s free and simple online services, FastFile and MyAccount at https://www.ritaohio.com/
