***If your bill has a Disconnect Message then payments made on UtilityPay “after the due date” may not stop disconnection, nor will they qualify your account for re-connection until the required payments and fees are posted to your account.  All arrangements to make a payment after your due date must be made through a Customer Service Representative.  Making a scheduled Payment does not guarantee service.***

UtilityPay – Online Account Portal

UtilityPay helps customers manage their utility account information online. Customers now can choose to enroll in automatic payments and paperless billing, see current and past bills, make a one-time payment, link multiple accounts and sign up for pay by text.
